About the Company

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Tech Lead/Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT service management, asset management, IT operations, and employee service delivery processes. The role requires strong technical skills, hands-on ServiceNow development experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Tech Lead/Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Service Catalog items.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
• ITSM (IT Service Management)
• Implement and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
• Configure SLA, approval workflows, and automation processes.
• Optimize ITSM processes and improve service delivery efficiency.
• ITAM (IT Asset Management)
• Implement and manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Configure software license management, asset lifecycle management, and procurement workflows.
• Ensure asset compliance, governance, and reporting.
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)
• Configure and support Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Maintain CMDB health and data quality.
• Integrate monitoring tools and cloud platforms with ServiceNow.
• Implement automation to improve infrastructure visibility and operational efficiency.
• HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Catalogs, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop employee self-service solutions and HR workflows.
• Enhance employee experience through process automation and service delivery improvements.
• Integrations & Automation
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and other APIs.
• Work with MID Servers and third-party applications.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Qualifications

• 5–12 Years of overall ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience in:
• ITSM
• ITAM (HAM/SAM)
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management)
• HRSD
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
• Knowledge of CMDB architecture and governance.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
