Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (full lifecycle exposure preferred)
-Solid understanding of JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST/SOAP integrations
-Familiarity with ITIL concepts and IT service management practices
-Fluent in English
Nice to Have
-CSA (Certified System Administrator) required
-Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HR, CSM)
-Exposure to the Saudi or GCC market
