ServiceNow Integration Engineer

As a ServiceNow Integration Engineer, you will drive the design, implementation, and governance of integrations between ServiceNow Employee Centre, Oracle Fusion, and Saviynt IGA.
This role focuses on enabling end-to-end workforce lifecycle automation (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable integration patterns across enterprise platforms. You will act as the client-side integration authority within a vendor-led programme.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Delivery:
- Design and implement REST APIs using ServiceNow IntegrationHub
- Define data models, payload structures, and transformation logic
- Implement secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, token lifecycle management)
- Build synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integrations
Workforce Lifecycle & Identity Orchestration:
- Implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver workflows based on Oracle Fusion data
- Enable automated access provisioning and revocation via Saviynt
- Ensure accurate trigger mechanisms and data consistency across systems
- Develop reconciliation processes to prevent mismatches
Governance, Resilience & Monitoring:
- Design error handling, retry logic, and monitoring frameworks
- Ensure auditability and traceability of integration events
- Maintain integration documentation and standards
- Align solutions with enterprise security and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise integration engineering
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (IntegrationHub preferred)
- Proven integration experience with Oracle Fusion and IAM platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.)
- Expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and secure API design
- Experience with identity lifecycle (JML) automation
- Strong debugging, data mapping, and documentation skills
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus
