Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid (as per client requirement)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM & CSM Developer to join a dynamic enterprise team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules, Customer Service Management (CSM), and custom development, with the ability to design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
  • Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows, case management, and service portals.
  • Develop custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
  • Configure Service Portal / Employee Center and optimize user experience.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and best-practice alignment with ServiceNow standards.
  • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center Pro.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and ACL security.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, or CSM).
  • Experience working with large enterprise or government clients.
  • Prior experience in the Middle East region is a plus.
