Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
ServiceNow ITSM & CSM Developer to join a dynamic enterprise team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow ITSM modules,
Customer Service Management (CSM), and
custom development, with the ability to design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
- Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows, case management, and service portals.
- Develop custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Configure Service Portal / Employee Center and optimize user experience.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support upgrades, patching, and best-practice alignment with ServiceNow standards.
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center Pro.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and ACL security.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, or CSM).
- Experience working with large enterprise or government clients.
- Prior experience in the Middle East region is a plus.
