About the Role :

ServiceNow Technical Lead (ITOM & GRC)

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead , you'll work closely with clients to understand complex business challenges and design impactful, scalable solutions across the ITOM and GRC modules of the ServiceNow platform. You will lead end-to-end implementations, act as a strategic advisor, and guide clients in aligning their ServiceNow initiatives with industry best practices and organizational goals. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and consultative finesse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) and GRC (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management) modules.
  • Facilitate client workshops to gather and analyze requirements, define solutions, and align technical delivery with business objectives.
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions to support IT operations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to define roadmaps, drive adoption, and ensure business value.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers, ensuring best practices are applied throughout delivery.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure long-term success and platform maturity.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in client environments.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with strong delivery experience in ITOM and/or GRC.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL, IT operations, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects with a focus on business value and platform optimization.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Required Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, and CISITOM and/or CISGRC.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
