Services Supply Acquisition Specialist

Role Objectives:

The Services Supply & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of service provider acquisition and onboarding across Breadfast Services. The role supports sourcing and qualifying service providers, maintaining strong pipelines, coordinating onboarding and activation, and ensuring supply requirements are met across existing and new service verticals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Service Provider Acquisition

• Execute sourcing activities across locations and service categories.
• Source candidates through referrals, partnerships, communities, job platforms, field recruitment, and other channels.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on service requirements and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider pipelines and follow up with candidates throughout the acquisition process.

Supply Support

• Support the Services Supply & Acquisition Lead in tracking supply requirements and identifying gaps across locations and service categories.
• Monitor provider pipelines against current and upcoming business needs.
• Support acquisition activities for new service and location launches.

Onboarding & Activation

• Coordinate the onboarding process from selection through activation.
• Ensure required documentation, verification, system registration, and operational requirements are completed.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure providers are ready to accept jobs.
• Follow up on onboarding completion and resolve delays or drop-offs.
• Track activation and time-to-first-job and escalate issues when needed.

Reporting & Performance

• Maintain accurate acquisition and onboarding data and trackers.
• Track key metrics including acquisition volume, funnel conversion, onboarding completion, activation, and time-to-first-job.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for the Services Supply & Acquisition Lead.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Operations team to align daily acquisition and onboarding activities with supply requirements.
• Work with the People team on required onboarding documentation and processes.
• Support Marketing and other teams on acquisition campaigns and initiatives.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, frontline hiring, or on-demand services is preferred.
• Experience sourcing and managing pipelines of frontline or service-based workers.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
