Responsibilities:

  • Follow up the electrical maintenance PM and CM daily, monthly plan.
  • Follow up the ordered spare parts and submit the work order for each
  • Follow the Maintenance record sheet.
  • Minimize the shutdown time and maximize the MRT.
  • Troubleshoot the sudden shutdown and apply RCA for it.
  • Full compliance with HSE standards and their implementation in the workplace.
  • Performing immediate repairs for malfunctions affecting production.
  • Proposing improvements to operations and equipment to reduce energy consumption and enhance production efficiency.
  • Preparing equipment condition reports and future maintenance recommendations.

What Will You Learn

  • Basics of managing Ready-mix technicians team.
  • Experience in applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring failures
  • Ability to plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Capability to support production continuity by reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
  • Awareness and application of HSE standards and safe work practices in operational sites (Concrete Batch Plants)
  • Skills in maintenance documentation, reporting, and equipment condition evaluation
  • Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and energy optimization
  • Development of problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment.
