Perform the production and maintenance activities to meet production and company goals within the frame of work, maintaining a high level of works quality, safety, health and environment compliance in the production unit. Providing operations service to Operations processes to keep ASU and associated equipments running at maximum productivity and minimizing time to reach required efficiency. provide the required maintenance activities.
Functions may vary depending on the requirement of the business unit head. Usual functions are as follows:
1- Operations
Optimise the facility performance (availability, efficiency, reliability)
Analyse production data, apply statistical methods to determine corrective and optimisation actions
Process control optimisation
Production reporting
Safe plant start-up and Shut-down
Monitoring plant parameters and reporting deviations
2- Maintenance
Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance
Supporting second level troubleshooting, abnormal situations analysis and non-routine operation phases
Spare part and asset management
3- Safety
Aligning with the safety standards of Air Liquide
Unsafe condition reporting, participate in root cause analysis of events
4- Site Development and Innovation
Participate in plant efficiency projects
Following Air Liquide standards in site conditions
Coaching and developing the team on site

Are you a MATCH
Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electric OR Communication Engineering
2 to 5 Years of experience in E&I Maintenance preferably with industrial gasses plants or oil and gas refinery
Fluent English level
Safety / Quality Oriented
Advanced reporting & communication skills
Experience in using Google applications
Shift Based
