On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager EGM Operations to join the resort's Gaming EGM Administration team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Manage the daily operations of the EGM department, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to gaming regulations
- Monitor EGM performance and coordinate repairs or maintenance with technicians
- Ensure proper handling of jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions according to company policies
- Manage and schedule EGM attendants and supervisors
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team
- Address and resolve guest complaints or disputes promptly and professionally
- Promote a positive gaming experience and maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies
- Maintain the integrity of EGM assets, gaming machine equipment and information
- Monitor for suspicious activity and enforce security protocols
- Prepare shift reports detailing operational activities, machine performance, and revenue
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of EGM mechanics and gaming regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
