Job Purpose:
To ensure safe, efficient, and standardized shift operations, achieving operational KPIs and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shift operations including inbound, picking, outbound.
- Lead and supervise team performance, conduct briefings, and manage KPIs.
- Conduct manpower and equipment planning based on volume forecasts.
- Enforce safety standards, perform incident reporting, and support BBS.
- Maintain process standardization including SOP review and Work Instructions.
- Support training initiatives through Excellence School.
- Drive continuous improvement and track CI initiatives.
- Manage security protocols and ensure compliance with DHL and legal guidelines.
- Participate in audits and support implementation of action plans.
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and development.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior operations and team leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing a warehouse and leading teams.
- Strong communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Competence in resource planning, KPI tracking, and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and drive operational standards.
Education & Certifications:
- Intermediate education level; MHE licenses preferred.
