Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure safe, efficient, and standardized shift operations, achieving operational KPIs and compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shift operations including inbound, picking, outbound.
  • Lead and supervise team performance, conduct briefings, and manage KPIs.
  • Conduct manpower and equipment planning based on volume forecasts.
  • Enforce safety standards, perform incident reporting, and support BBS.
  • Maintain process standardization including SOP review and Work Instructions.
  • Support training initiatives through Excellence School.
  • Drive continuous improvement and track CI initiatives.
  • Manage security protocols and ensure compliance with DHL and legal guidelines.
  • Participate in audits and support implementation of action plans.
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, and development.

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior operations and team leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing a warehouse and leading teams.
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Competence in resource planning, KPI tracking, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and drive operational standards.

Education & Certifications:

  • Intermediate education level; MHE licenses preferred.
