Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and implementation of preventive maintenance check list daily /monthly/yearly of LINE machines and electrical Utilities around the plant.
Must have 3- 5 years UAE experience in industrial sector for troubleshooting of electrical system, control, and Work execution with electrician's team based on co-ordination with Electrical / Electronic Engineer.
Close supervision of electricians during the shift and submission of Daily shift report, service reports, New request reports and inspection reports of all plant electrical/Mechanical works in plant.
Electrical & Electronic trouble shooting/Modifications in related to schematic drawings of SCADA control Panels components based on PLC,s, Safety relays, Variable frequency drives, Contactors, sensors, limit switches and Terminal blocks connections with line machines etc.
Coordination with 2 shift environments for production for trouble shooting of any breaker down with both electrical/mechanical teams.
Responsible to Maximize Online/offline Maintenance in SCADA system, analysing breakdown to enhance the preventive maintenance but using tools of root cause analysis.
Responsible for co-ordination and technical assistance on assigned duties relates to maintenance.
Must have sound knowledge regarding the programming minor modifications in VFD, PLC for parameters setting etc.
Must have to be sound knowledge of AutoCAD to design electrical drawings and layouts for light and power etc.

Salary range: AED 5,500 - 6,500 per month.
Joining time: Immediate
Age : Up to 42 years
Must have 3- 5 years UAE experience in industrial sector for troubleshooting of electrical system
