Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor based in Dubai. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations and staff to ensure smooth restaurant functionality, maintaining excellent service quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, supervising team performance, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The Shift Supervisor will address customer inquiries and concerns while assisting in the continuous improvement of restaurant operations.
