Ship Repair Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee and manage all ship repair and maintenance activities at the shipyard
• Plan, coordinate, and execute repair schedules to ensure timely project delivery
• Supervise technical teams including engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, international marine regulations, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with clients, classification societies, and subcontractors
• Review technical drawings, repair specifications, and method statements
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource allocation
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor's in marine engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ship repair/shipyard operations (Oil & Gas / Marine sector preferred)
• Experience working on Saudi Aramco projects or similar major clients is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
• Familiarity with marine standards, safety regulations, and shipyard operations
