Role SummaryResponsible for leading end-to-end Shopify implementation and rollout across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business requirements, local regulations, and global standards. Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, partners, and technology teams to deliver scalable and efficient e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Shopify implementation and multi-country rollouts.
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams.
- Manage roadmap, backlog, and release planning for assigned markets.
- Ensure alignment between global templates and local market requirements.
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, logistics).
- Support partners with store setup, configuration, and operational readiness.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with regular status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to e-commerce best practices, security, and data privacy standards.
Skills & Requirements- 8-10+ years of experience in e-commerce, including Shopify implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify ecosystem (themes, apps, checkout, multi-store setups).
- Experience working with multi-market or partner-driven business models.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations (catalog, pricing, payments, logistics).
- Experience in system integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS, payment platforms).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
