Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify Specialist (E-Commerce Specialist) located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and optimizing Shopify stores, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetics. Key responsibilities include analyzing e-commerce performance, implementing data-driven strategies, assisting with sales operations, communicating with customers and team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service through all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Commerce and Sales skills for managing Shopify stores, setting up products, and optimizing sales strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting e-commerce data and driving strategic decisions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members
• Experience with Shopify platform and other e-commerce tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in managing online campaigns and understanding of current e-commerce trends
