We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer journey. This role is key to achieving new car sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning at all times.
- Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing continuous feedback to the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement strategies to improve sales and conversion rates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, receiving vehicles, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise showroom staff, managing performance, development plans, and disciplinary matters when required.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor the showroom's financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability; prepare budgets and financial reports as required.
- Track and monitor KPIs related to new car sales performance and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), including team activities such as test drives conducted.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained showroom environment for customers and employees.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on showroom performance, customer feedback, and staff-related matters.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven experience with volume car brands is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the UAE automotive market, particularly Dubai customer profiles and trends.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team success.
- Strong retail sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and MS Office suite.
- Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are an advantage.
