Overview:

We are seeking a Showroom Sales Manager to take ownership of showroom operations while driving sales performance and managing high-profile client relationships. This role combines showroom leadership with direct client engagement ensuring that Caspaiou's showroom always reflects our brand excellence, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Leadership & Operations

Ensure the showroom maintains a flawless, brand-compliant presentation at all times.

Oversee daily showroom operations and support the Sales Account Managers and Sales Administrator in their pipelines and follow-ups.

Monitor showroom stock levels and oversee assigned FF&E projects.

Sales Management & Client Engagement

Manage your own portfolio of high-end clients, from consultation to after-sales.

Conduct showroom and on-site client visits, providing expert guidance and design recommendations.

Foster long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.

Sales Reporting & Team Support

Track and report sales data and performance metrics to the Sales & Operations Manager.

Support the team in achieving sales targets through coaching, coordination, and leadership.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or Interior Design.

Minimum 7 years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Experience in working with AutoCAD or SketchUp is preferred

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Proven track record of managing high-value clients and driving sales success.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
