Overview:
We are seeking a Showroom Sales Manager to take ownership of showroom operations while driving sales performance and managing high-profile client relationships. This role combines showroom leadership with direct client engagement — ensuring that Caspaiou’s showroom always reflects our brand excellence, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Leadership & Operations
· Ensure the showroom maintains a flawless, brand-compliant presentation at all times.
· Oversee daily showroom operations and support the Sales Account Managers and Sales Administrator in their pipelines and follow-ups.
· Monitor showroom stock levels and oversee assigned FF&E projects.
Sales Management & Client Engagement
· Manage your own portfolio of high-end clients, from consultation to after-sales.
· Conduct showroom and on-site client visits, providing expert guidance and design recommendations.
· Foster long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
Sales Reporting & Team Support
· Track and report sales data and performance metrics to the Sales & Operations Manager.
· Support the team in achieving sales targets through coaching, coordination, and leadership.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or Interior Design.
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
· Experience in working with AutoCAD or SketchUp is preferred
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Proven track record of managing high-value clients and driving sales success.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
