Job Description

We are looking for a showroom sale with Kitchen design or interior design background. Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting. This role involves showcasing the brand's premium kitchen solutions and providing expert guidance to customers. This position requires a passion for high-end brands, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sales skill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The salesperson will be based and responsible of the showroom.
  • Shall greet and engage with the showroom visitors in a friendly and a super professional way.
  • Will have to Develop a deep understanding of the full product range, including series, features, and brand history.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, coming from direct consumers, architect or designers through the showroom or website by providing detailed information and addressing concerns to meet the luxury client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our brand products to potential customers.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing team members to meet overall showroom sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty. - Provide expert advice on product combinations and configurations that align with customers lifestyle and preferences.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing as per our brand Guidelines.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in showroom sales for luxurious brands.
  • Passion for high end brands, preferably home appliances or kitchens. - Interior design background/kitchen design is preferable
