Production Managers work in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for many different business applications. The Production Manager performs a wide range of duties related to the physical production of signs including production and installation scheduling, project planning, inventory management, quality assurance and department personnel supervision.
Skills & Requirements: - Minimum of 1-3 years construction, handyman, or sign experience;
- Ability to operate a CNC machine;
- Ability to assemble advertising structures;
- Proficiency in working with materials: plastic, acrylic, metal, film (Oracal, Orajet, etc.), LEDs.;
- Knowledge of advertising product manufacturing technologies (signs, signage, pylons, etc.);
- Prioritize workflow communicate to production staff daily; supervise the production process;
- Schedule production board and installation schedule daily;
- Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction.
Responsibilities:- Manage the English-language Production Team and Installation crews;
- Assist in Manufacturing Signs and installation process;
- Quality control of the production;
- Monitoring production timelines;
- Supervision of personnel's work organization;
- Ensuring labor discipline;
- Keeping records and providing reports on materials used for each order (LED equipment, transformers, etc.).
