Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Architect located in New Cairo. The Site Architect will oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design plans, safety regulations, and project timelines. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, implementing designs, supervising construction activities, and ensuring high-quality standards during execution. The role requires proactive problem-solving and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, task scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration for managing architectural technology solutions.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within deadlines.
• Proficiency with architectural design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable building practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant experience as a site or project architect.
