Site Architect

An Architectural design studio in Dubai is looking to bring in an Architect to support the delivery of some of the most impressive private villas being built anywhere in the region.

You must be willing to be based on site delivering their biggest ever private residence project, so please only apply if you have site experience.

This is a studio known for producing highly creative, design led homes for private clients, with projects regularly reaching 30,000 to 50,000 sq ft. The work is detailed, bespoke and incredibly well executed, with a strong focus on materials, craftsmanship and ensuring the finished build matches the original design vision.

They are now looking for an Architect who can take ownership on site and act as the key link between the design team and the contractor, ensuring the project is delivered exactly as intended.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the build process, understands high end residential construction and takes real pride in seeing complex designs delivered properly on site.

The role.

Acting as the Site Architect on ultra luxury private villas

Ensuring construction is delivered in line with the design intent

Coordinating closely with contractors, consultants and the internal design team

Reviewing drawings, resolving technical issues and managing RFIs

Monitoring progress and quality across all stages of construction

Attending site meetings and reporting back to the studio leadership

What they are looking for

Architect with strong experience delivering high end residential projects

Experience working on luxury villas or large private residences

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction detailing

Confident working on site and coordinating with contractors

Proficiency in Revit and good working knowledge of SketchUp

Someone who takes real ownership of projects and can represent the studio on site
