Al Mustaqbal Al Sarea is hiring a hands-on Site Civil Engineer to lead and control daily site execution for construction and sports facility projects across the UAE.
This role is strictly for engineers with real site experience who can manage execution, control subcontractors, solve on-site issues, and deliver projects on time not office-based design roles.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Full supervision of site execution activities
- Ensuring works are implemented exactly as per drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Daily coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Controlling manpower, materials, and work progress
- Monitoring quality standards and site safety compliance
- Preparing structured daily & weekly site reports
- Identifying and resolving technical and operational site issues
- Supporting drainage and infrastructure implementation when required
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 35 years of proven experience in construction site execution
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs confidently
- Strong site coordination and supervision skills
- Valid UAE Residence Visa
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Currently based in the UAE
Preferred Background
- Experience in sports facilities, courts, flooring systems, or community projects
- Experience managing small-to-mid scale projects independently
- Familiar with UAE construction standards and safety regulations
