About the Role
As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities and ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. You will play a key role in coordinating between contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow on site.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and material submittals.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures throughout construction phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer (experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills with on-site teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in engineering and reporting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Ability to work full-time on site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
