Job Description: Civil Site Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary technical lead on-site, bridging the gap between design plans and physical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction operations and ensure work aligns with architectural and engineering drawings.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and material quality.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate site diaries and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for project managers.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 13 years of proven experience in site supervision (Residential/Commercial/ Structural Projects).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
