Job Description

Job Summary:

The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily site activities to ensure smooth operations, compliance with project requirements, and effective communication between the site and management team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities at the project site and ensure work is carried out according to plans and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between site staff, contractors, suppliers, and head office.
  • Monitor site progress and report updates, issues, and delays to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project standards.
  • Assist in organizing site meetings and preparing reports and documentation.
  • Support site engineers and supervisors with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain accurate site records, attendance, and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Saudi Fresh Graduate
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Not Currently Employed
  • Not registered in GOSI for the last 6 months
  • Have not been registered previously under Tamheer program
