Job Summary:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily site activities to ensure smooth operations, compliance with project requirements, and effective communication between the site and management team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities at the project site and ensure work is carried out according to plans and schedules.
- Act as a liaison between site staff, contractors, suppliers, and head office.
- Monitor site progress and report updates, issues, and delays to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project standards.
- Assist in organizing site meetings and preparing reports and documentation.
- Support site engineers and supervisors with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Maintain accurate site records, attendance, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Saudi Fresh Graduate
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Not Currently Employed
- Not registered in GOSI for the last 6 months
- Have not been registered previously under Tamheer program
