About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to execute and monitor construction activities on-site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. You will play a key role in translating design intent into physical execution while coordinating with Foremen, QA/QC, and Construction Leads to ensure timely, compliant, and safe delivery of project components.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement construction plans and execute works per approved IFC drawings and specifications
• Track daily progress, report quantities, and flag delays or resource shortages
• Coordinate site resources, labor, materials, and equipment to optimize sequencing and minimize rework
• Conduct visual inspections, enforce quality standards, and support HSE compliance
• Update records with approved variation orders and communicate changes to the execution team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 5 years of experience in site supervision or engineering support roles on medium-to-large construction projects
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, BOQs, construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE fundamentals
• Skills in site supervision, reporting, documentation, issue detection, and escalation
