HMMR Construction is expanding its project team and is looking for 2 Architectural Site Engineers to join one of its projects in the North Coast.

About HMMR Construction

HMMR is an Egyptian construction and civil engineering company with experience across construction, industrial projects, infrastructure, clean-room projects, and specialized contracting, including projects within the pharmaceutical sector.

Project Location: Sidi Heneish, North Coast

Company Location: 6th of October City – Palm Villa Compound

Contract Type: Project-based

Project Duration: 8 months, renewable

Vacancies: 2

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and follow up on architectural and finishing works at site.

- Inspect and receive different finishing activities according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other site disciplines.

- Follow up on site progress and resolve technical/execution issues.

- Ensure proper implementation of architectural details and finishing works.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

- 3–5 years of experience in architectural site execution.

- Strong hands-on experience in finishing works and site inspections.

- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction practices.

- Good command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
