The Site Engineer- Electrical is responsible for the supervision of installation of PVC/GI Conduits and accessories for Electrical and ELV works.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of wiring for lighting and small power as per the shop drawings.
- Supervision of Installation of cable tray and trunking accessories accordance with shop drawings.
- Supervision of Installation of Cable, cable glanding and termination.
- Supervision of Installation of DB and DB dressing.
- Supervision of Installation of LV and SMDB panels.
- Supervision of Installation of Light fittings and Wiring accessories.
- Supervision of Installation of FA and Emergency lighting devices.
- Supervision of installation of Data/Tel/CCTV/ACS/Intercom Systems.
- Supervision of Testing and commissioning electrical system.
- Manpower allocation according to the site condition and priority.
- Checking and reporting the inventory for electrical materials and tools.
- Giving site induction and toolbox for the electrician.
- Reporting site daily progress to PE/PM.
- Site coordination with Main contractor and specialist suppliers for site execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 38 years of MEP/construction site experience.
- Strong knowledge of DEWA/DCD procedures (for UAE projects).
- Hands-on experience with electrical installations, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills.
