Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Giza. The Site Engineer oversees daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising site crews, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring material usage, and reporting progress to project management. The role involves implementing quality control procedures, resolving technical issues, and supporting inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities. The Site Engineer also contributes to planning work schedules, maintaining site documentation, and promoting a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and the ability to manage daily construction activities effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control capabilities, including monitoring workmanship and compliance with standards.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge to interpret drawings and ensure proper execution of structural elements.
• Candidates should possess a civil engineering background, preferably with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role, ideally within building or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and common engineering software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage time effectively, and respond to technical issues in a practical, solution-focused manner.
