We are seeking a Site Engineer specializing in Fit-Out Projects to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of fit-out projects. Your key tasks will include monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing site operations, coordinating between contractors and suppliers, and ensuring all work aligns with safety and compliance standards. You will play an integral role in driving the timely and successful delivery of projects for our clients.

• Proven experience in On-Site supervision and management, with hands-on execution of fit-out projects.
• Strong communication skills for efficient coordination with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Expertise in Quality Control processes to ensure delivery of high-standard fit-out work.
• Educational background and practical knowledge in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently on-site.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is an advantage.
