We are now seeking an experienced Site Engineer who can lead high-end fit-out projects from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations for projects, ensuring work is executed to the highest quality
standard
Coordinate and supervise all site activities including subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site
labour
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Plan site programs, monitor progress, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain excellent communication with project managers, designers, clients, and consultants.
Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and oversee finishing works to luxury standards.
Identify risks, resolve site issues promptly, and implement effective solutions.
Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.
Lead site meetings, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Ensure final handover is presented defect-free and aligned with the client's expectations.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in high-end or luxury fit-out projects (residential, VIP villas, hotels, retail, hospitality).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proven track record of managing finishing, joinery, and MEP coordination in high-end interiors.
Ability to interpret architectural and ID drawings with excellent attention to detail.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site safety, and quality control.
Ability to handle pressure, fast-paced schedules, and demanding clients.
Proficiency in MS Office, project reporting tools, and site management software.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
