Site Engineer (Ground Improvement)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site geotechnical and ground improvement activities.
• Assist in implementing ground improvement works including soil stabilization, vibro-compaction, stone columns, and other relevant techniques.
• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Collect, record, and report geotechnical data from site investigations, tests, and monitoring activities.
• Assist in verifying soil conditions and performance of ground improvement works.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Support the preparation of site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate field inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar role and industry.
• Experience in dredging and civil marine projects is highly preferred.
