We are currently seeking a skilled Site Engineer Landscape to support the execution of landscape works across our projects, ensuring that both hardscape and softscape activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Role Description:

To supervise and coordinate on-site landscape construction activities including hardscape and softscape works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily landscape site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution of landscape works.

Oversee hard landscape works including interlock paving, kerbstone installation, pathways, pergolas, retaining walls, and other landscape structures.

Monitor softscape works including planting, turfing, irrigation installation, and horticultural activities.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to landscape works.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.

Prepare and submit daily progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), and work updates.

Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety compliance on site.

Assist in resolving site-related issues and technical challenges during project execution.

Support snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities related to landscape works.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 47 years of experience in landscape construction, with exposure to both hardscape and softscape works.

Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use landscape projects.

UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Good understanding of landscape construction methods, irrigation systems, and finishing standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of hardscape materials and landscape construction techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
