Job Title: Site Engineer – MEP

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer – MEP with hands-on experience in building construction and MEP contracting. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating MEP works at the site, ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities and ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and other MEP works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor work progress, quality, workmanship, and site timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related MEP issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability at site.
• Ensure all MEP works are completed as per project requirements and standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in MEP contracting and building construction.
• Strong hands-on experience in MEP site execution.
• Experience in residential, commercial buildings, villas, warehouses, or similar projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.

Not Suitable

• Infrastructure-only experience
• Consultancy/design-only experience
• Facility Management or maintenance-only experience

Strong MEP contracting and building construction experience is mandatory.
