About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of real estate development projects by coordinating on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to project management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and relevant authority requirements
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and site records
- Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 25 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development (UAE experience must)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices
- Familiarity with local regulations and approval processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working on residential projects
- Knowledge of project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project
- UAE driving license (preferred)
