Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer . The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with structural and engineering standards, and maintaining quality control at project sites. The role requires effective communication with project teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all work aligns with project schedules and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with on-site management and operations to oversee construction activities and ensure efficient project execution.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with project stakeholders and problem resolution on-site.
• Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure that all work aligns with required standards and specifications.
• Background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering to contribute technical expertise to construction and design processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering, such as a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and best practices is an advantage.
