We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer / Project Manager who can lead our on-site operations with discipline, ownership, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare and manage schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Review technical drawings and ensure work aligns with design specifications.
- Prepare and verify cost estimations, BOQs, and project budgets.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical or logistical issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and produce progress reports.
- Participate in procurement and value engineering processes when needed.
- Liaise closely with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
- Proven on-site experience in managing high-end commercial and/or residential fit-out projects.
- Strong technical understanding of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and material specifications.
- Solid experience in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
- Must be currently based in Qatar with valid QID and driving license.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
