About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Site Execution Engineer (Civil) with experience in events and campaigns execution to oversee on-site production processes from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to translate creative designs into high-quality physical builds while ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the on-site production and execution of event and campaign structures
- Coordinate with design, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of concepts
- Prepare and review technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
- Supervise fabrication, installation, and dismantling processes on-site
- Ensure materials, timelines, and budgets are aligned with project requirements
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-ground execution to maintain quality standards
- Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and contractors to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site execution best practices

Work Conditions
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- 2-5 years of experience in site execution within events, exhibitions, or campaign builds
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of construction materials, fabrication methods, and site installation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
