Site Foreman (Renovation Experience)

Job description:

Housescaner Construction Company is looking for a Foreman to take charge of on-site work and successfully deliver multiple projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and coordinate the work of the team, liaising with the office and subcontractors.

- Manage several projects at the same time.

- Be present on sites full-time, ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance with safety regulations.

- Resolve day-to-day issues and challenges on site.

- Keep records of materials, working hours, and project stages.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a foreman in interior fit-out works.

- Knowledge of construction technologies and materials for finishing works.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
