Job Title: Foreman – Construction
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Foreman to coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities. The candidate has to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. • Monitor work progress and ensure schedules and deadlines are met. • Read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members. • Resolve issues and delays on-site promptly and effectively. • Maintain accurate records and reports on project status. • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently.
- Requirements: • Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. • Excellent leadership and organizational skills. • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
