This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage work group to complete the power transformers installations on site as per project plan achieving quality standards
• Manage assigned work group to complete on site services to customer as planned by the service manager
• Manage assigned group to complete on-site maintenance services and measures during product guarantee
• Ensure materials and tools required to complete assigned site jobs are proactively prepared and safe kept during the mission
• Coordinate with customer and logistics to expedite readiness of site for the team visit
• Collaborate with after sales collection team to complete the punch list and provide evidence to of job completion
• Troubleshoot product problems on site and report findings and course of actions
• Report weekly progress of installation and customer complaints to direct manager

You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical- Mechanical Engineering
• 0-2 Years of experience in the same field
• Excellent Written and Verbal English
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Specially Excel)
• Technical knowledge in power transformers
