About The Role
Provide quality logistical support and liaison with rotational staff in area of responsibility which will lead to professional and efficient service delivery to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage staff rosters on Kronos, ensuring timely updates and approvals.
- Coordinate visa arrangements for staff, including renewals and documentation.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff rotations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with clients and staff regarding deployment details and meet-and-greet services.
- Manage timesheets and payroll reports, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff, including training and induction.
- Handle resignations and terminations, following demobilization procedures.
- Maintain staff files with necessary documents and ensure updates on Oryx.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, promoting teamwork and positive attitudes.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety protocols, including mandatory training and reporting hazards.

Qualifications And Experience
3 years of experience in one or more industries: logistics, operations, communication, travel, administration, customer service, human resources.
Experience in operations or travel industry is a significant advantage
University Degree
English language skills (oral and written) essential. Mandarin Language Skills (oral and written) an absolute must.
