This freelance role isonshore-basedatPort Rashid, Dubai,operatingon aShiftsystemorwith potential weekend assignments depending on operational requirements.
As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing contractor activities to ensuretimelyand quality-compliant fabrication and installation of the OSS topside, including full HSE compliance.
- Acting as the main interface between the client (Employer/50Hertz) and contractors, serving as thecentral pointof contact for all yard-related matters.
- Leading and coordinating CR team members by organizing tasks, steering activities, andconsolidatinginformation.
- Monitoring schedules and progress, comparing resources versus progress, and providing regular reporting (NCs, HSE, quality, delays).
- Managing punch lists, including documentation and follow-up using dedicated tools.
- Supporting FIMlogisticsactivities (delivery, storage, and handlingin accordance withspecifications).
- Supporting Welding & Coating Inspectors during peak workload periods, ifrequired.

- Showingstrongcapabilitiesinorganization,monitoring,reporting, and problem-solving.
- Holding adegreeinengineering(Master's/Dipl.-Ing.)oratechnicalqualificationwithequivalentprofessionalexpertise.
- Beingbusiness-fluentin English.
- Having a permanent residence in Dubaiordemonstratingwillingness torelocateto Dubai for the duration of the project.

- Holding anelectricalqualificationaccordingtoDIN VDE 0105-100.
- Havinglong-termexperiencein offshoresteelworks/ offshore windprojects.
- BeingfluentinArabic.
