EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Construction Industry Site Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and foremen.
- Monitor labor productivity, materials usage, and equipment allocation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company safety policies, and local authority requirements.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure works meet required standards.
- Identify site issues, delays, or risks and report them to the Construction Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- From 7 1o 12 years of experience in construction projects.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction companies (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site manpower.
