GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Site Manager is a Technical Management position responsible for organizing technical personnel to support the operations of various simulation systems. This position will coordinate Technician and customer schedules to ensure maximum simulator availability to use for training.
ESSENTIAL Responsibilities:
- Manage Technicians, Simulator Maintenance needs, and Use schedules to prioritize availability.
- Responsible for ICLR (Inventory Control List Record) management across all simulation systems.
- Manage and assign appropriate personnel to accomplish Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Ensure activities remain within the contractual scope
- Validate all Daily, weekly, monthly, annual maintenance procedures are properly accomplish
- Validate that each system has appropriate back-ups to ensure reliability and resiliency.
- Responsible for all records of system malfunctions, technical documentation and network architecture diagrams that reflect changes to the delivered system.
- Responsible for configuration management on all Windows based stations on a network is correct.
- Follow the appropriate direction of all Kratos leadership.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent.
- 7 years of experience in engineering or IT field. (6 years working on simulators)
- Two (2) years of formal electronics training or a combination of equivalent training
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Twelve (12) months supervisory electronic maintenance experience
- Must be Fluent in English
- Native Arabic Speaker
- Knowledge of Naval Warfare Training System Simulation
Preferred:
- COMPTIA A+, Network+, and/or Linux+ Certifications.
- COMPTIA Security+
- CCENT Certification
- Knowledge of FFTU, DCTU, HWET, and Shooting Simulators.
