The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitality construction projects, ensuring that all construction phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in construction management, particularly in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury hotels, resorts, and related facilities.
Site Management:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Ensure that the site is organized, and that materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Coordinate with the consultant about the Shop Drawing needed from the contractors
- Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements
Project Execution:
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site
- Implement and enforce project plans and specifications
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to align site activities with project goals
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, site logs, and incident reports
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, site conditions, and any issues encountered
- Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or Architecture Engineering
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in hospitality projects (luxury hotels, resorts, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH) is a plus
- Experience with project management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
