Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team for projects in
Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quantity surveying on-site, with strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and construction project management in compliance with international standards and Saudi regulations.
- Prepare, review, and manage bills of quantities, cost estimates, and site measurement reports.
- Monitor project costs and track progress against budget and contract requirements.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and manage variations.
- Assist in preparing interim valuations, payment certificates, and cost reports.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Identify and report potential cost overruns, delays, or contractual issues.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and correspondence related to costs and contracts.
- Support senior QS and project management in resolving commercial and contractual matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Quantity Surveyor on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, cost control, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations and international standards.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and on-site environments.
