About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist in power installations and electrical contracting across the UAE. They are looking for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to join their team on an immediate basis.
This is a hands-on, site-facing role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations across live project sites, liaising directly with clients and coordinating closely with the factory team to ensure seamless project delivery. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach at all times
- Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings to guide installation and fabrication works
- Coordinate between site and factory teams to ensure smooth, timely project delivery
- Monitor the quality of works carried out and ensure all output meets required specifications
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
- Provide regular progress updates to management and flag any issues or delays proactively
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role
- Background in fabrication, installation, or site supervision within the construction or electrical/engineering sector
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Qualifications:
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – minimum requirement
- Valid First Aid certification
- Full driving licence (company vehicle provided for site travel)
Skills:
- Fluent English – both written and spoken (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional manner when dealing with clients and site teams
