This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at various maintenance and renovation sites, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within given timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, inspecting work to meet quality standards, managing schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication with clients and contractors. The role also involves problem-solving issues as they arise to ensure successful project delivery.

• Project coordination and site supervision experience to effectively oversee operations
• Knowledge of maintenance and renovation services, such as AC maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and construction
• Strong organizational and time management skills for planning and scheduling tasks
• Leadership and team management abilities to lead diverse teams on-site
• Proficiency in health and safety standards to ensure compliance at workspaces
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for client-facing interactions
• Problem-solving skills to address onsite challenges in a timely manner
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with UAE regulations is advantageous
• Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel between project sites
